Directions to the Studios

Lowell & cambridge, ma

To Cambridge:

Megpix Photography at Camera Work Studio, 33 Richdale Ave., Suite 206, Cambridge, MA 02140.

The Cambridge studio is a 5-minute walk from the Porter Square T station on the Red Line.

Driving or Walking or Biking: Porter Square is on Massachusetts Avenue about 1 1/4 miles west of Harvard Square and about 1 1/4 miles east of the Arlington border.

  • From Mass. Ave., turn onto Upland Road, which has a Bruegger's Bagels on the corner and is directly across from the Porter Square T station.
  • Take the first right to Richdale Ave.
  • Our building is on the right, 2 stories, brick. Ring the bell for Camera Work Studio and we'll come down and open the door for you.
  • Parking is to the right of the building, behind a yellow chain link fence, in spots labeled CW on the left side of the lot. Since the lot is locked in the evenings, please ring the bell or call my cell if you need access to the parking lot.

To Lowell:

Megpix Photography at Western Avenue Studios, 122 Western Ave., Studio 513, Lowell, MA 01851.

  • From the Lowell Connector, accessed via Route 3 or Route 495, take the Thorndike Street Exit.
  • After the third set of lights take the ramp on the right.
  • At the second set of lights at the top of the ramp, turn left onto Middlesex Street.
  • As Middlesex Street bears to the right just after the Boys and Girls Club, follow to the first set of lights which is School Street.
  • Turn right on School Street.
  • At the crest of the hill turn right onto Western Ave.
  • Western Avenue Studios are in the five-story red brick building on the right at the end of Western Ave (the buildings form an "L"). The entrance to the studios is to the left of all the loading docks, at a sign labeled "Western Avenue Studios".
  • One of us will be waiting for you at the door to bring you up to the studio.
